Instructions
- Click on "Remote Control"
- A window Will Open asking to run or save, click on "SAVE"
- Save to Desktop
- After download is finished close browser
- Double click the icon on your desktop that says "ACS REMOTE"
- The Technician you are on the phone with will furnish you with the tech ID
